USB OTGHUB (Automotive)
Designed a high-performance add-on for Infotainment Head Units to support CarPlay, Carlife, and Android Auto. Acts as a Host-to-Host bridge during iAP2 sessions, supporting simultaneous USB, SDIO (Mass Storage/Native), and streaming Audio.
Scope & Impact:
Full lifecycle ownership from firmware architecture to production floor EOL test bed development.
Proprietary Device Virtualizer
Joint entity in patent filing for a Zonal Architecture solution virtualizing remote sensors and USB interfaces. Protocol is agnostic to communication channel (USB/ETH), presenting virtualized ports as native attach ports on the Host.
Scope & Impact:
Indigenous development of virtualization protocol and firmware supporting Single/Dual-Core data paths.
IoT Critical Asset Tracker
Developed a reliable tracking system for critical assets, specifically configured for ambulance monitoring with live oxygen level integration and remote-configurable system operations.
Scope & Impact:
Full firmware development, sensor integration (Temperature/Load-Cell), and OTA upgrade implementation.
ICU Signal Analysis (IBP/PPG)
High-accuracy real-time signal analysis for Arterial Blood Pressure (Systolic/Diastolic/PPV/SVV) and PPG Heart Rate. Achieved 96% accuracy on noisy patient data using Physionet MIMIC-IV database.
Scope & Impact:
On-the-fly fiducial point detection without storing ADC samples to save memory on constrained MCUs.
M2M Bluetooth Gateway
Industrial-grade Bluetooth-to-Cloud gateway for POS and Vending Machine automation. Supports up to 28 device connections with full BT/WiFi/Emission certifications.
Scope & Impact:
Complete software design, HW architecture assistance, and bridging application development in Lua.
FPGA SmartGlass Platform
Built the firmware architecture for a RISC-V based FPGA platform running Zephyr 3.7. Integrated high-resolution camera sensors for cutting-edge AR applications.

Architecture, design, and implementation of high-resolution camera drivers and IP module integration.
SDV Audio Architecture
Designed the audio framework for Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), specifically focusing on VSP (Vehicle Sound for Pedestrians) and Alert-Chimes integration with Google Car-OS.

Lead architecture and design documentation for next-gen vehicle alert systems.
EtherNet/IP IO-Gateway
Implemented a complete CIP (Common Industrial Protocol) interface in Java to bridge sensor data from Field-Bus Gateways to PLCs over TCP/UDP.

Design and implementation of the Data-Repo and event-based transport mechanism.
Docker/Ansible Automation
Scaled microservices orchestration using Ansible and Python for automated container deployment, node configuration, and 3rd party package verification.
